Sales manager in office (Kazakhstan)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needsand to provide necessary services of FxGen forex broker.
- Keep accurate legible records pertaining to scheduled appointments and account notes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to set, reschedule and communicate between the customer and the shop to make sure needs are met.
- Learn and teach back our marketing structure.
- Email effectively and promptly.
- Maintain updated knowledge of services.
- Act as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience.
Experience:
- No customer service experience necessary.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a cellphone and the ability to email.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent active listening and student mentality skills. (We are always learning)
- Must have the ability to build a rapport and collaborate with other team members within the company.
