  • Communicate with customers to understand their needsand to provide necessary services of FxGen forex broker.
  • Keep accurate legible records pertaining to scheduled appointments and account notes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to set, reschedule and communicate between the customer and the shop to make sure needs are met.
  • Learn and teach back our marketing structure.
  • Email effectively and promptly.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of services.
  • Act as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience.

  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
