Head of Sales office (Europe)

Responsibilities:

• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in writing reports and presenting technical work.
• Effective project planning and time management skills
• Manage of sales office with 10+ sales managers
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and to provide necessary services of FxGen forex broker.
• Keep accurate legible records pertaining to scheduled appointments and account notes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to set, reschedule and communicate between the customer and the shop to make sure needs are met.
• Learn and teach back our marketing structure.
• Email effectively and promptly.
• Maintain updated knowledge of services.
• Act as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience.

Experience:

• Good management skills.
• Experience of management of employees 10+
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a cellphone and the ability to email.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent active listening and student mentality skills. (We are always learning)
• Must have the ability to build a rapport and collaborate with other team members within the company.

Fluent English is a must
